Senior IT Recruiter
We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience hiring for technology and AI consulting roles.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers for roles in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and management consulting.
Requirements: 5+ years of IT/tech recruitment experience | Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals) | Familiarity with AI, cloud, and ERP stacks | Excellent communication and negotiation skills | Experience with ATS systems preferred.
